Tracking Progress, Building Confidence
Our Youth Fitness Test helps kids grow stronger, faster, and more confident while having fun. Designed with input from parents and coaches, it provides clear insights into each child’s development, tracking real progress in speed, strength, agility, and balance. Held every three months, it keeps kids motivated by showcasing their improvements and identifying areas for growth. The test is engaging, fast-paced, and filled with encouragement, ensuring a positive experience that builds confidence and a lifelong love for movement.

Six Key Areas – Building a Stronger, Faster, and More Balanced Athlete!
Speed and Agility
Tests sprinting speed and agility drills to measure how fast and efficiently your child moves. Essential for sports requiring rapid direction changes and bursts of speed.
Upper Body Strength
Evaluates arm, shoulder, and chest strength through exercises like the seated chest pass and tennis ball throw, key for developing strong and controlled upper body movements.
Lower Body Strength
Assesses jumping ability with long and vertical jump tests, helping to gauge lower-body strength and endurance, critical for running, jumping, and overall mobility.
Core Strength
Tests core endurance and stability through plank holds and other core exercises. A strong core improves posture, balance, and full-body coordination.
Flexibility
Measures flexibility with sit-and-reach tests to ensure muscle elasticity and range of motion, reducing injury risks and enhancing overall movement efficiency.
Balance
Evaluates balance and posture through balance beam walks, essential for coordination, injury prevention, and overall body control in sports and daily activities.
