Baseball FUNdamentals
A structured, non-competitive program focused on fun, fitness, and fundamentals where players ages 4–7 are first introduced to the basics baseball and softball.
WHAT IS BASEBALL FUNDAMENTALS?
Baseball FUNdamentals is a dynamic after-school program designed for children aged 4 to 7, blending foundational baseball skills with physical and social development. Backed by expertise in both baseball and occupational therapy-based children’s programs, we create a safe, structured, and confidence-building environment that fosters gross motor skills (e.g., running, jumping, throwing) and fine motor skills (e.g., grip strength, hand-eye coordination), ensuring young athletes learn through play, movement, and teamwork.
